If you save and quit right before the boss fight, you can easily get this calling card cause the game doesn’t register that you actually paid before quitting.
I got this on my game of cursed in PJ This is not the collar you give to the purple cyst ! It does not spawned at the same place neither with the same conditions and it trigger a voiceline…

This map has a pretty fun and enjoyable Easter Egg quest, better than Astra’s in my opinion.
