This bar pops up only in warzone! Not end game or multiplayer or zombies. I can ignore it but again I think a billion dollar company game That just sent update would have fixed it by now it’s been here…

Obviously it needs a couple of mechanics and changes to make it work in this version of Warzone, but i think it's still plausible, and in my opinion, better than getting 50 WINS IN A ROW!
