This is in response to people loading up an old Save file and having their round number count as full round completions on the Leaderboard.

It appears that Treyarch have changed the requirement for the Cursed Survival rewards from 100 rounds at each tier to 25 on tier 1, 50 on tier 2, and 75 on tier 3.
