I'm trying to get this calling card, called "Struggling To Survive" as you see in the screenshot, but it has a 0% chance of dropping, is this true, or is CoDM lying to me?

I had trial version of mythic agr. When this version expired, the gun was reverted back to m4 but the effect stayed on it. Even the kill the effect.
