Theater mode question for PC, what is this settings menu hes using? Is it in normal theater mode? Is it a third party program? Or is it apart of the High-Res Texture Pack? Any help would be great

Can someone please help with this? I’m certain the newspaper is Oakland, making the passcode 5606. But the other paper makes 0967 which doesn’t correlate to a city? I’ve tried 5606 with every city anyway and it doesn’t work.

I’ve been searching everywhere for a fix but I cannot find one for this issue im facing. Basically, nothing will load in menu (calling cards, emblems, pictures of itens in the shop). Does anyone have a fix?
