Something feels wrong with the monitor setup. Any suggestions please?

Ignore the white mousepad had black one but it was not good and i move my desk once a month so the LED is in open

just finished a setting up a new work station. old desk began to bow, found an office liquidator nearby and was able to get this desktop for cheap.
