comfort zone, generic setup, but its mine and i love it lol, however i wanna make it look better. tips?

been working on this setup for 4 years, its slowly reaching completion but i still have some work to do.

College student setup

Friend told me I should post. Replacing this 32” monitor with a higher quality 27” soon and thinking of flipping the 32” vertically. Any other suggestions ?
