I made myself a solo custom match to see how the bots were updated and the player count was red, just wondering why?

We all know how bad the matchmaking system is at setting up full teams, help other gamers avoid being auto banned when they leave an empty lobby in squads. Compliments increase reputation level and prevent unnecessary banning of players.
