I've flattened my 5070 at .975. When playing games i can clearly see it reaches only 0.970 tops and thus giving lower clocks than my desired 3000 (abount 2960). Why is this happeninng?
No voltage control only pushing clock and mem in afterburner. CPU is minimally tuned, how is this? Is that not a high clock setting being "stable" enough to run this card hitting 3060mhz?
