Runs stable, been testing it under heavy load for 3 hours yesterday. Went from 6700 to 7500 in steel nomade Temps are the same as stock. Power draw also seems the same as stock

Sorry if this is dumb, I’m new to this stuff. I have a 7900 xtx and 7809x3d. Are these settings bad for my hardware? I was just messing around a bit with them. Temps were all 65-78 during 3dmark. Thanks!
