Correct me if I'm wrong but in the patch notes, I think a month ago valve said the iron sight bug was fixed. The bug is back or the patch notes were referring to other bug?

This was the second time it happened when switching between "Everything" and "Equipment". It only appeared on stickers and it was the same techno4K clip. I capture it on video the second time around, and hasn't happened since.
