I’m in the US in California and this is the first mission d day I thought the us campaign version wasn’t censored?

I have updated my bios, enabled secureboot and TMP2.0 also installed COD secure Attestation wizard shows everything is okay but still getting the notification saying bios update required. Anyone please tell me what I am missing ?
