I just received this CPU yesterday and ran everything at stock except for the RAM. My frequencies are maxing out at 5.625Mhz with 1.315V according to the VDDCR_VDD rail and my temperatures only reached 82c on Cinebench R23 and 78c for R24 on a 360 AIO at 65%. Ignore the DRAMDqDs at 48 Ohms, I just fixed this issue this morning because it was causing me to have C5 debug errors, and it caused training failures. I'm just trying to find the limits for this chip at the moment.
