How and why is my cpu like this, and how would I go about fixing this?
It's a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H (2.00 GHz)
And this is the intel spec sheet
I'm curious as to why my laptop has only 2 ghz available, and yet I should be able to have at least 4 ghz.
