I've tried reloading, fast traveling, and riding around an Epistrophy quest zone to trigger an actual call (didn't happen) but no dice.
Am I stuck like this forever? (Or worse case, load a previous save)
I'm on PS4 – I know this is the worst way to experience this game. I am sorry for my shame.
