I want to know what kind of module injection was detected on my account due to which my account was permanently banned. It has been one year, and every time I contact support, I am only told that module injection was confirmed, violation has been confirmed. I want to understand the exact reason behind the ban.
I also want to know whether a ban is justified if a VPN or some background application, which I am not aware of, was interfering with or modifying the game files without my knowledge. Is it fair for an account to be permanently banned in such a situation?
