before someone says it, the safe was open because of the bots that spawned up here.
I actually spawned at refinery this game and looted hotel first. then blew the train and said hmm.. there's a safe right there at residential. maybe no one looted it. and there i find the bronze horse.. literally 15 minutes after I took the faction mission off ..
