so my specs are:
Intel Core i9-12900K
ZOTAC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti sff
MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4
Crucial 64GB 3200 MHz DDR4 Pro RAM Kit (2 x 32GB) 22-22-22
180hz alienware gsync monitor 2560 x 1440
In cs2 im getting unstable fps (200-330 with many fluctuations). ive been told that adjusting my ram timings and maybe undervolting the cpu can help but im clueless/scared on what to do and each time i get advice im never really walked through on what to do. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UE8Ce2fbYfc i found this video but some commenters say its an out of date tutorial and that some people got stuck in pc boot so it makes me hesitant to try. and i dont know how to really adjust ram timings and account for voltages for cpu. scared of frying it.
