I haven't engaged in fraud, haven't partnered with casino sites, and haven't harmed the Steam community. I haven't spammed or insulted anyone. My reputation among my social circle is important to me.
Four months ago, I received an automatic, mistaken community ban. Throughout this time, I've contacted Steam support and mostly encountered automated responses. There were almost no real live conversations, and they all ended the same way: no one even wanted to listen to me and they closed the ticket.
My Steam account and trading aren't just a hobby; they're part of my life. It raised a large amount of money, which is very important. I've dedicated years to it, and faced with such injustice, I'm taking a desperate step – asking you, Reddit, for help!
