Hello from Korea,

I am currently setting up my little workspace in a small city here. (Yes, I am a native—picked up my English while living abroad.)

Most of the items are pretty budget-friendly. I'm just a regular dude with a wife and a daughter, so my allowance for my "battlestation" is… let's say, very strictly scheduled.

Anyway, I wanted to share what I have and what I'm planning to get. Suggestions and advice are welcome

What I have:

- Motion desk: Need to stand up from time to time.

– Tilting chair: For the long sits.

– Curved monitor: For gaming and movies.

– Candle warmer lamp: Why not? Adds a nice vibe.

– Some pics I like: Personal touch.

– Black moss: To eat up some humidity.

– Open type cable manager: Keeping it somewhat clean.

– Tower type extension cord: On the desk just for now. it has around 6 plugs with about 3 USBs

– Automatic trash bin: Useless but fancy, so it pretty much serves its purpose.

What I am going for:

– Desk drawer: With tip-on for my tea and coffee stash (trying to drink less alcohol).

– Automatic blinds: For the windows.Yes, I am very lazy

– New flooring: Hopefully with a comfy rug.

– Air purifier: Wall-mounted type.

– Magnetic charging converters: For easier charging.

– A floor lamp: For better lighting.

– A new monitor lighting with back lights as well with a circular remote

– A RETRACTABLE CHARGING CABLE <- !!!!!!!! very necessary for my lazy ass

– change window color to dark wood to match my station

I basically screwed up a lot while learning "deskterior" on my own here, some scars here and there on my hand and aweful looking nail holes trying to cover them up. but it's been fun.

I need to be productive, but I spend ALOT of time playing Civ 7. (Don't buy Civ 7 yet. It’s an incomplete game with poor design choices. You've been warned.)

Anyways, cheers to all

(Don't forget to drink water. if u read this far, drink another 250ml)
