Following the announcement of Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter Golden Wings Edition, it has been confirmed that the Golden Wings Edition will only be made if an unspecified minimum number of orders are made.
If this minimum demand is not met for this collector’s edition, then it will not be produced, and every order will be refunded.
Assuming that this prerequisite is met, then they will be produced and shipped on a rolling basis. Deliveries are planned for launch, though some would arrive later.
Plus, orders can be cancelled up to two weeks after the initial pre-order period of March 8, 2026. The publisher has also confirmed that the Steam version of the collector’s edition will be limited to 2,000 units.

Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter will be released worldwide on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam in Fall 2026.
