Is there two q's. How does TF differentiate from rank and what experience you get?
Personally, I think it's all one q, it's just based on performance. Perform really well for a match or two, well now you will face someone who also performed really well. In that instance you may have a situation where skilled player goes up against an experienced closet.
The skilled player can only win with teamwork (aka trading out the cheater) otherwise, they will carry such an advantage in 1v1's that unless your gamesense is on pre-cog levels, you're not going to win it.
