Personally I disagree, These gangs consist of rapist, human traffickers, murderers and just all around human garbage, especially the fantastic four – maelstrom, Tiger claws, wraiths and Scavengers.
Even the other gangs who people think aren’t all that bad like 6th street and the Tinos are also repulsive, I constantly see them slaughtering civilians for no reason.
The gigs and scanner hustles show us that getting rid of them is a net positive for night city. So I get really confused when people bash V for killing them, an argument I always hear is that they’re trynna put food in the table or wtv but that doesn’t excuse the atrocities they commit on a regular basis. We’ve seen that gangs like maelstrom and the claws just do it for shits and giggles not out of necessity
