My problem is: The 30 CP that is supposed to be credited from the battle pass from tier 37 to tier 45 was not added to my account at all. I recieved all the CP smoothly before the tier 36 and also spent them on draws leaving me with 2 CP in my balance.
As I contacted the support they only had the option of "didn't get CP after buying a CP bundle" which was relevant to my situation.
What I wanted was an option that I felt relevant to Battle pass yet there were questions like "what is battle pass?" , "how to get itand whatnot".
With the constant buggy updates and lagging I never said a word against the CODM because I like this game and I believe that they will fix it slowly at their own pace.
But now that I see this CP that is recieved on my battle pass but not credited to my account I'm worried that the next battle pass that I was thinking to buy would give me the same issue.
By tier 50 I'm supposed to get a Total of 80 CP which will turn my account balance to 82 CP.
In my country the lowest bundle of 80 CP is 99 bucks.
I never said anything but now I'm because it's about the money that would be lost through this glitch or whatever the guys behind this issue has messed up.
Please get this post of mine to light guys it would help me a lot. Though I don't spend much and it won't matter to the company as they have enough whales to support their opinions but they should show some consideration to the less spending guys who still love this game.
I know that many of you won't believe me but the thing is that they can track my CP draws (I think so). So I think that a fellow person from the upper department should get the light of this.
Maybe I'm not the only one.
