Anyone else want tracers and impact flashes to stay clearly visible no matter the map/lighting?

It would be nice if there was like a subtle outline to the tracers so that they're visible in bright locations. And since there's already an option to turn off tracers for those who don't like it, it wouldn't hurt anyone.
