I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the 10-year ban that was recently applied to my account at (11 november 2025) (UID: 5112176400, Nickname: SAVAGE).
I have always played the game fairly and in full compliance with PUBG Mobile’s terms and regulations. During the new season, I was actively pushing my rank as usual. While playing, I was initially connected via mobile data, but later switched to my Wi-Fi network after about 5–6 hours of gameplay.
Shortly after this switch—during the landing phase of my next Erangel match—I unexpectedly received a notification stating that my account had been banned for 10 years. I play exclusively on Gameloop, the official PUBG Mobile emulator, and have never used any unauthorized tools, cheats, or third-party programs that could violate the rules.
This situation appears to be a false detection or technical issue, possibly triggered during the network change. I have attached the Gameloop Diagnostic Results for your review to verify that my setup is clean and legitimate.
Additionally, I have also attached a short video recorded from my PC (emulator) to provide further proof that I was playing normally and in full compliance with the game’s policies.
I kindly request that you re-examine my case and lift the ban on my account, as I am confident I have not violated any of the game’s fair-play policies. PUBG Mobile is a game I genuinely enjoy, and I would deeply appreciate the opportunity to continue playing on my account as before.
