Decided to pull the trigger and finally start building up a new rig.
First time using hard tubing, but i find the clean look so much nicer.
The barrow fittings are really nice to work with too, and not too expensive.
My old 1080ti and 8700k have done me solid for the best part of 10 years, but I've been itching to upgrade for a while now.. although this is definitely the worst time in history to upgrade.
I managed to get 64gb of ram before the prices went mental, which was very lucky.
I also pulled the trigger on a 5080 waterforce, which comes with a waterblock already installed
I've started fitting bits, mainly the distro plate, rads and psu, some cable management etc
Decided to go with Noctua chromax fans, mainly because im not a huge fan of rgb everywhere…it can be a bit OTT
Haven't yet decided on mobo and cpu yet, that's the last few pieces to get
Waiting for the 9950x3d2 to release first 🙌🙌
