Video of me showing how bad subtick compensation is at 60 ping with variable non-zero packet loss and net jitter.

Yes, I am complaining. I've been having to deal with this ever since CS2's release. I cannot do anything about my ping or packet loss/net jitter for the foreseeable future unfortunately, given that my router is in the kitchen and I live with my parents, plus I can't do powerline ethernet given my kitchen power outlet situation. Are there any other work arounds that may help reduce the effects of subtick's position compensation?

Even if you are not moving, if you get shot first then your aim punch is actually delayed and your aim has to conform to when the enemy shot you, where you receive the aim punch later, so even though you shot right at the enemy on your screen, the delayed aim punch from them shooting you first will actually "override" where you were aiming, in a sense.
It's worse against real players given more complex subtick calculations with 2 non-zero ping clients.

I showed with AWP to showcase that even at slow movement speeds, subtick compensation at such a ping is still more than enough to throw off your shot lineups, effect is obviously worse when trying to wide swing with AK/SMG/Pistol and lineup shots, it's just impossible unless you react to the subtick compensation teleport. Just so you know, this doesn't just happen during certain periods of net instability, though I do have that constantly. This happens EVERY. TIME. I AM SHOT.

ALWAYS be the first to react in every single situation. Also, smg/pistol spamming +W holders are your worst enemy, essentially

Update:

It's been obvious for a while to me but given no other workarounds, the only solution for me is to just move to Sydney and get ethernet in order to be able to play CS2 competitively.
