More fiddling, just wanted to share my timings and overall build I suppose. Might have hit what these particular sticks are capable of, or at least what satisfies me.
Ran about 20-30 cycles yesterday tightening timings, let it run another 10 while I slept. V-cache ccd peaks out at 87c and was actually causing me errors when it would hit over 93c at cl36. The rest of the cpu would often be 10-18c colder. Putting a static floor/ceiling of 1.2v-1.325 with unlocked power draw seems to be the move for this particular chip. Absolut is brutal. This chip at my previous cpu settings would only peak at 80c during cinebench drawing like 320+ watts (low 48k score. But seeing as it was unstable for absolute I had to tame it a bit. Overall I I went down to a low 47k CB R23 score but temps now peak at 75c during cinebench.
Stick are set at 1.6v in bios and still peak out at 32.5c. Waterblocking the RAM has been a game changer and has turned my “meh bin” into exactly what I wanted. Doesn’t like VSOC lower than 1.18 for stability with these specific settings.
Clock spread spectrum is off. Still on old bios (lol)
Will probably start hitting it with prime some other utilities this week, if anyone’s got anything they’d like to see these sticks try lmk!

This machine mostly plays old games just very modded, but it also seems to do whatever else I want pretty darn good.
