I am writing to appeal the recent 10-year ban placed on my account for “modifying game data.”
I have never intentionally used cheats, hacks, third-party tools, or modified game files.
At the time of the ban, I was logged into my account on two personal devices because I was downloading maps on both. I received a notification on Device 1 that my account had been logged in elsewhere, and I logged out. Shortly after logging in and starting a match on Device 2, my account was permanently banned within approximately one minute.
I believe this may have triggered an automatic security detection due to simultaneous login activity. However, I want to clearly state that I did not modify any game files or use unauthorized software.
Both devices are personal devices, and I am willing to provide any necessary information for review. I respectfully request a thorough manual review of my account logs and device history.
This account is important to me, and I would greatly appreciate a second review of this decision.
