I would like to clearly explain what happened step by step.

1. I accidentally logged into an unofficial website that was pretending to be related to PUBG. Shortly after that, my linked email and Twitter accounts were compromised.

2. The attacker gained access to my PUBG account through those linked accounts. I noticed attempts to change my linked email address and phone number.

3. As soon as I realized what was happening, I immediately secured my email and Twitter, changed all passwords, enabled additional security, and regained control of my PUBG account.

4. However, during the time the attacker had access, they played matches on maps I never play (such as Nusa). This activity was not done by me.

5. I have never used cheats, modified files, emulators, VPNs, or any third-party tools. If any game data was modified, it must have been done by the unauthorized person during the period my account was compromised.

I respectfully request a full manual review of the login history, IP addresses, device changes, and activity timeline before the ban. The unusual access and gameplay behavior should clearly show that my account was used by someone else.

I am ready to provide any verification necessary to confirm ownership.

Thank you for reviewing this carefully.
