I just finished replaying Max Payne. Forgot how good this game was.
The slow-motion shooting still feels awesome. The snowy New York setting is perfect. And the sad detective story with all the noir stuff? Still great.
The comic book cutscenes were so cool. The nightmare levels were creepy as hell.
This game was hard though. You die in like 2 shots and there's no health regen. I died a hundred times but it was still fun.
Anyone else play this recently? Does it still hold up or am I just remembering it being better than it was?
Do you know any similar game that could match with this ? i hate what they have done on Max Payne 3
