Hi everyone, I'm new to GPU and CPU overclocking. I asked ChatGPT for advice on how to overclock my GPU and CPU safely, and it suggested these settings.

Also, in the BIOS I had my CPU set to 4.7 GHz, but it recommended setting it to Auto and applying the overclock settings through the BIOS. If I’m not mistaken, I left Boost Override on Auto. Finally, it told me to use Ryzen Master for CPU OC and MSI Afterburner for the GPU.

Bios setting:

🔹 AI Tweaker / Advanced

• Precision Boost Overdrive: Advanced
• PBO Fmax Enhancer: ✅ Enabled
• Boost Override: +100 MHz
• Scalar: Auto oppure 5X

🔹 Curve Optimizer

• Curve Optimizer: Negative
• All Cores: -15 (poi -20 se stabile)

🔹 CPU Ratio / Voltage

• CPU Ratio: Auto

• CPU Core Voltage: Auto

• My setup:

• GPU: MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12GB

• CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X
