I have a ridiculously overpowered pc for cs and have had no issues running other brand-new titles at stable FPS. ATNT fiber 1 gig up 1 gig down direct plug Ethernet. I AM NOT A DUMMY; I have tried everything including turning it off and back on again.
THIS RUBBERBANDING IS CONSTANT AND UNPEDICTABLE
THE GAME WAS RUNNING SMOOTH BEFORE SEASON 4 UPDATE *350FPS 0 frame loss.
If anybody has a fix, please feel free to share. Game has been UNPLAYABLE since season 4 "update"
