The Black Exe Keycard gives you your favourite loadout lethals, tacticals, perks and weapons (also wildcards… which aren't in the game anymore). You also get an advanced UAV and Specialist Perk Package too.
This seems to have potentially replaced the old Polyatomic and Orion keycards that we used to be able to get. I know that this isn't the first time this keycard has been posted about but I thought I'd share some better quality images I took in-game.
