So it turns out that if you already had a saved game before the S2 update dropped, you can load into it and it counts towards the mars event. I managed to already get the round 100 blueprint by loading in and out of that save, giving me 40 score each time. Well done Treyarch for making another absolutely abysmal leaderboard event
