I came across some documentary online about Erik Buell. In case you don’t know about him, he is the mad scientist behind Buell motorbikes. He’s made some really clever design choices back in the day, wasting no space. Swingarm became the oil reservoir, and the entire frame became the fuel tank.
I felt inspired.
My thought was, why not just use the hard tube loop as the computer’s frame? So, that’s what I did. Mostly. A couple of wood bits came in handy.
Really, other than the coolant-carrying frame, it’s a typical KoJ build, with lots of household copper and brass plumbing bits.
The only issue so far is the pressure. I’m not even at 2 bar, pump on full tilt. I should be seeing about 4 bar. I’ll try pulse-burping out that air bubble. Anyhow, thought I’d share. Cheers
