Yesterday i got a 20 hours cooldown from irregular playing. When i search about it on internet i saw it is a common thing. I wait until it ends then i play again and got a ban again this time for 7 days. I never use cheats, i dont have any macro on any of my equipments, i have no 3rd party software. i created a ticket but all i got is an auto respond, they dont even care
valve is really terrible company. not only did they fail to ban the despicable cheaters who made the game unplayable, but now they've banning legit players as well. it is insane, no words to say
