Its an amazing concept this boss fight. Its you against an autonomous tank controlled by rogue AIs from hell, and Myers giving emotional support.
In my first run I went as corpo netrunner. Spammed quickhacks and used smart weapons against it. Now I'm playing as a nomad cyber-gunslinger. Don't care about this hacking black magic, all I need is a good iron and well placed shots. Killed the shitbot with Johnny' Malorian and the Widow Maker, the best rifle in the entire game for me. Its DPS is greater than any assault rifle, smg or lmg. And Johnny's Malorian for weak spot shots. I also use the DB-4 igla, which is hitkill in any low level enemy but its useless against the Chimera since I can't go too near it.
Anyway. Great fight. How did you people killed the demon tank?
