So as the title says.
Two days ago i logged into my account just to find out that my account is under investigation( 2 hours remaining), i waited my time then logged in just to find my character has different clothing, went into match history and found out someone was definitely using my account, most games had at least +10 kills obviously cheating.
I just wanna know if there is any possible way to get my account unbanned if anyone has gone through a similar situation…
I contacted support but i feel like they misunderstood my appeal?
