I ran a Cinebech R 23 with my CPU. Come here only to a value of about 25,000. Then I saw that in the BIOS Pl1 is limited to 135 W and also in the CPU cool tuning there is nothing to change except 135 W can you somehow change this setting afterwards or why is it fixed?.
