The Brook in Seabrook, New Hampshire on Thursday announced that it made donations to charitable organizations totaling $12.6 million in 2025.

The casino’s six-year total donation amount is more than $41 million, funding causes from hunger relief and mental health services to early childhood education and medical transportation.

“What sets The Brook apart is our unwavering commitment to the communities we serve,” Brook CEO Andre Carrier said in a statement. “Every visitor who walks through our doors becomes part of something larger – a charitable mission that’s transforming lives throughout the region. We’re proving that businesses can be both profitable and purposeful, and we’re just getting started.”

The Brook is the only 100% employee-owned hospitality resort casino company in the United States. Just over the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border and about 40 miles north of Boston, The Brook operates under New Hampshire’s charity casino model, allocating a portion of all gaming revenue to local organizations through rotating five- to 10-day cycles. The structure has substantial support across the region, including free medical transportation for critically ill patients through Angel Flight NE and wishes granted for children facing serious illnesses through Make-A-Wish New Hampshire.

Among the 2025 beneficiaries, Kingston Children’s Center received money for facility upgrades and staff development initiatives that enhanced educational quality without increasing costs for families.

“The Brook’s support has been game-changing for us,” said Kingston Children’s Center Program Director Jemima Chapman, whose organization used the more than $80,000 in charity from The Brook to cover essential expenses such as new flooring, professional staff training, and playground improvements. “The Brook’s partnership allows us to maintain a high-quality early education program with well-trained staff and excellent materials without raising prices astronomically for parents. For a program serving around 100 families, this support makes all the difference.”

NH Hunger Solutions, which received more than $66,000 in charity dollars last year, used the money to advance food security advocacy and expand access to nutrition programs.

“We truly appreciate The Brook’s continued investment in NH Hunger Solutions,” said NH Hunger Solutions Executive Director Laura Milliken. “These funds supported our advocacy, community partnerships, and efforts to reduce barriers to programs like SNAP and school meals. We are deeply grateful for their commitment to the communities they serve and for being such a reliable partner in this work.”

The Brook offers more than 600 gaming machines, live table games, a 10-table poker room, New England’s largest sportsbook, and New Hampshire’s largest Stadium Gaming experience.
