Minor adjustments to the MP7 and MP5-SD:

  • Slightly increased damage
  • Slightly reduced damage fall-off
  • Reduced price by $100.

Reduced price of the PP-Bizon by $100.

MP7

The MP7's base damage has been increased from 29 to 30. Damage fall off has been improved with the 15% damage reduction at 500 units being lessened to 13%. Its price has been reduced from $1500 to $1400. For a proper comparison between other weapons, check the Damage sheet of my weapon spreadsheet.

The MP5 received similar changes to the MP7 with its base damage increased from 27 to 28. Damage fall off has been improved with the 15% damage reduction at 500 units being lessened to 13%. My Thoughts

The changes to the MP7 and MP5-SD could certainly help bring it in line with the currently popular options. They were already accurate with low recoil, so a lower price and higher damage might just be what they need.

As for the Bizon, it likely needs much more than a slight price reduction. Compared to the MP7 for example, its lacking in nearly every category (damage, accuracy, recoil) with the exception of magazine size. 64 bullets is nice, but I predict most players are going to prioritize time to kill above all else.

I've updated the Weapon Spreadsheet with the new changes from this update.

NOTE: This spreadsheet is still using CSGO's attribute names as of right now. (ex: WeaponPrice rather than m_nPrice) These all function identically between CSGO and CS2, but I just wanted to clear up any confusion if you notice some names aren't quite matching up in the Raw Data sheet.
