Looking for the optimal RAM settings (timings and frequency) for a 5700X3D, considering its relatively weak memory controller.

I’d like to get the lowest possible latency at 3600 MHz, but I know it’s hard to have both low timings and high frequency on this processor. Is there a sweet spot? I’d love to hear your experience.
