What's really strange is that even HWiNFO shows "GPU Thermal Limit" as 76c while "GPU Temperature" is at 87.
I can hear one of you writing, "OP, if you're having thermal problems, why do you have the power limit maxxed out? Don't you know that power means heat?" And to answer that I'll say that I'd rather the card be governed by a conservative thermal throttle than a power throttle.
But really, if anyone knows what's up here, your insight is much appreciated. FWIW This is a freshly refurbished Asus Dual 3060 12Gb card dealing with a massive air restriction.
