Figured it out! And there's a prize once you get up to the top!
I kept trying to jump up in the wrong location and falling to my death, but then I tried jumping up on the rebar on a different side, and it worked! You have to double-jump on many of them, but if I can do it, you got it too! And, there's an airdrop crate at the top, too!
