I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request a re-review of my account ban. Recently, I tried to log into my old PUBG Mobile account and I was surprised to find that it has been banned for 10 years. The ban was applied around 6 years ago, and because of the long time, I honestly do not remember the exact reason behind it.
However, after thinking back, I believe the ban might have been caused by using a GFX Tool at that time. I understand now that this was against the rules, and I sincerely regret it. I want to emphasize that I am not asking for special treatment—I am only asking for a fair re-evaluation of my case.
Since then, I have stopped using any third-party tools and I have been playing cleanly. If the ban was due to a mistake or misunderstanding, I kindly ask you to reconsider and give me another chance to enjoy the game. I promise to fully comply with PUBG Mobile policies and rules from now on.
