Bought charm, do I have to wait 7 days to attach/use it ?

First time buying a charm, I bought a couple charms (from CSfloat) that I wanna attach on my weapon skin, but idk how to do it.
When u purchase charms can they be attached immediately or only after the 7 day wait period?
