My account was previously hacked off my Apple ID which led my account balance to being negative on CODM. I’ve since paid back the balance since mobile support was no help and I do play the game frequently with occasional spending on COD points.
It says once I reach zero, I’ll accumulate points. I have been at zero but my points are continuously being deducted still. I don’t understand why it’s doing this and support is literally useless. I’ve bought the $4.99 package, those 420 points were deducted from 0. Then, I did the 99c package, and the 80 points were deducted.
It’s extremely frustrating and nothing mobile support is helpful. They keep telling me the same thing over and over again.
