I took this apart since I want to Cerakote this Arctic White to match my Cerakoted GPU. Just look in my post history.
It's pretty easy, only 4 Philips screws and a little pull out from an angle and it's out. The fan uses hex screws and is a 2-pin 30x8mm. It's definitely a little weird but it could be switched out for a bit thicker one.
